A blend of Thistle Hill Estate fruit and premium organic Hunter Valley Chardonnay. Naturally fermented in three yea r old French oak hogsheads and matured on yeast lees for six months with frequent stirring. Our certified organic chardonnay displays exceptionally complex fruit flavours without the encumbrance of heavy oak, bringing all aspects of these unique organic vineyards and productions methods to bear; this is a hedonistic wine experience. Expect fragrant grapefruit and citrus flavours, with a soft texture and subtle oak. Low Preservative.
