The wine is cool fermented and bottled relatively early to keep all its aromatics. It’s an off-dry style with around 9 grams per litre of residual sugar so not as sweet as one might expect from this varietal.
Perfumed with lychee, citrus and a touch of musk on the nose. Fairly crisp for Gewurztraminer on the palate, tangy with honeyed lychee and citrus. Finishes with clean acidity. Really appealing style and great with a variety of Asian dishes.
