"A bright, salmon-coloured wine with a decidedly savoury nose blending light florals, pungent rose musk, wild young strawberries and a subtle tinge of spiciness. The textured palate also favours the savoury end of the spectrum with the tang of grapefruit and soft, chalky tannins. A gentle, rounded body but finishing tight and crisp." Winemaker's Note

Ngeringa Rose 2011
Alluring Turkish delight aromas – rosewater, jasmine and cream – against a, spiced musky backdrop of peppercorns and nutmeg. Zesty on the palate with intense flavours of lemon curd and grapefruit pith, softened with glacé cherry notes. Characteristically spicy and savoury with generous length. A complex, layered Rosé with a tight, dry finish.
