To buy wine online from Shop For Wine you'll need to confirm you are aware and agree to the ‘Terms and Conditions’ of the website.
It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.
Deliveries will not be left unattended and must be signed for by a person over the age of 18 to be released.

Errors & Omissions
We aim to insure that all the information within this website is up to date and accurate, but there may be some errors and omissions. Wines are uploaded directly by wholesalers we are working with, and so we cannot be held responsible for any errors made during this process.
Our ‘terms and Conditions’ may be modified occasionally and all purchases will be made in accordance to the ‘Terms and Conditions’ at the time of the transaction.
To purchase from the Shop For Wine website you can register or purchase directly, but you must leave your details for delivery purposes. You must not use false or misleading information when you register. You will be asked to enter a username and password; you will be responsible for the security of both. You will need to enter both to Login before you can purchase anything and we will assume that any buyer Logged in with your Username and password will be you.
You are responsible for updating and maintaining your details, failure to do so could lead to orders being delivered to a wrong address which ultimately will be your responsibility. Shop For Wine will not be held responsible for any delivery made to a false or incorrect address. We recommend you double check your details before confirming your order.
Purchases and Payments
At Shop For Wine we use the NAB Transact payment gateway and Paypal for all online credit card payments and transactions, so you can pay in complete safety.
All prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST. Freight may be added at the checkout and will depend on postcode and expenditure. By purchasing wines directly from wineries, importers and wholesalers shipping costs can vary from one wine to another. You can find out the costs by clicking on 'Calculate Shipping' and entering your postcode where asked.
Although we have put into place measures to ensure all the wines featured in the Shop For Wine website are available, we cannot guarantee an error has not been made. However, in the event a product is no longer in stock for immediate delivery you will be informed and either :
You can wait for the product to become available and delivered as soon as it is (this will ensure you receive the product and not miss out again).
You will be offered a similar product which you may choose to take.
You can be 100% reimbursed.
You can be credited against your next purchase.
Upon completing the payment of your order you will receive an email confirming the payment has been accepted. Deliveries will be made directly from the wholesaler’s warehouse using their regular delivery method, which will vary from one company to another. Deliveries shall be made weekdays between 9am and 6pm and should take between 1 and 10 days depending on location, but may take longer. We do not take responsibility if deliveries take longer than expected due to circumstances beyond our control. Most orders will be delivered to your door, unless you live in a remote location of Australia, in which case we will contact you to determine the best points of delivery.
You have 2 months to notify us of any delivery issues, after this it will be deemed that you have received your order and are happy with it.
If you notice any damage at the time of delivery, you must inform the delivery man before signing the release form. You will then have two days to notify us at email@example.com
You can cancel an order at no charge so long as it has not been dispatched. Any time after this you will be able to return it, but you will be charged the delivery fee and the return delivery will also be at your expense. You will be reimbursed the cost of the wine when the stock arrives back at the warehouse in perfect condition.
We have carefully chosen the wholesalers for their outstanding quality, value for money and standards. Each wine has a comprehensive and accurate description of what you will find and can expect. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and believe the quality of the wine is not to the standard you expected or resembling the review, you will have four weeks to notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a complete refund of the bottles returned excluding freight. The wine will need to be returned in the original box and the refund will proceed within 7 days of the wine arriving back at the warehouse.
Since we cannot guarantee your storage conditions, you will have one month to notify us at email@example.com of any corked or oxidised wines. We will then advise whether it will need to be returned to the wholesaler for a quality control, before being offered a new bottle or credited the amount of the bottle.
You will be responsible for the return of the bottles and ultimately the condition in which they arrive back at the warehouse. If we find you have not taken the necessary care to ensure they are returned in the condition in which they were sent to you, and bottles are damaged or broken, these bottles will not be reimbursed. If care has been taken and there are some damaged bottles, we will accept responsibility. There is only one way to ensure that proper care has been taken: the bottles need to be returned in the original case/box.
If Shop For Wine believes a buyer is abusing or being untruthful about any of the Return Policy, we reserve the right to revoke this Return Policy for this buyer, and/or suspend all further orders and close the buyers account.
Promotional codes that are sent or given to you are to be exclusively used by you and not sent or shared with other Shop For Wine users. Promotional Codes will have a use-by date and will need to be used within this date or else it will be forfeited. Only one Promotional Code can be used per order. Promotional Codes are not redeemable for credit or money and cannot be used outside the offer in which it was issued.
Percentage Discount Promotional Codes are always deducted from the RRP and not from the Our Prices offered. They are only available for use on wines, but not shipping.
Refer a Friend
Shop For wine allows you to refer a friend who has consented to receive this referral email. This email will be deemed to have been sent by you and can in no way be considered to be spam from Shop For Wine.
