Bonneau du Martray
The forested mop-top of the hill of Corton is often the first recognizable “Burgundian” feature that comes into view as you approach the region from the East. It is from this hill that the finest white wines in the Côte de Nuits are found and there is no producer held in higher esteem than Bonneau du Martray. The estate covers just over 11 hectares with 9.5 hectares in Corton-Charlemagne and the remainder Corton. Their biodynamically run vineyards produce the appellations finest wines with amazing purity, precision and line and their lineage and pedigree in the cellar is without peer.
